In accordance with State Laws, Baroda Founders requires ALL Buyers of Wine be 21 years of age or older.
In fact, prior to processing your order, we will require that you send to us a copy of your Driver’s License or State Identification Card to confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
Showing us your ID is easy!
Sending us your ID can be a scanned image or a photo of your Card that you can email to us. Please note that what you email to us must clearly show your Name (to match with your order) along with your Date of Birth (that you are 21 years of age or older):
Upon delivery of your Baroda Founders Wine Order via UPS, your UPS driver will require to see your ID to again confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
